Our customer is a world class leader in the design & manufacture of valves/controls for industrial refrigeration systems.  They consume a high volume and high mix of various custom machined parts for their highly specialized valve products.  It is essential that their supply chain not be interrupted by long lead-times or quality related problems.

Solution Provided

Since the inception of this MTP – customer partnership, many creative solutions have been implemented in order to achieve a smooth and reliable supply chain.  Aside from the exceptionally high quality components Midwest Turned is able to provide, many of the components are stocked at MTP’s facility in order to satisfy JIT requirements.   Typical lead-times for replenishment orders are just a few days since inventory levels are closely monitored by MTP’s staff.  Midwest Turned’s unique ability to provide such a high mix/quantity of custom CNC parts separates them from the rest of the industry.
